GRADUATE EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES Graduate student research and education is an integral part of our efforts. Over 60 graduate students from around the world have completed their thesis projects with the FNC since the 1970s. The FNC provides opportunities and support for graduate study at North Carolina State University, Virginia Tech and the Universidad de Concepción. Current graduate projects cover a wide range of subject areas including silviculture, soils, ecology, modeling, and remote sensing.
